    In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Human Capital team across all our office locations, in various capacities, while gaining experience that one can apply directly to future career opportunities within the HC field.

     

    The ideal candidate will be entering their junior or senior year in college

    • This Top talent should be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
    • This person will love Microsoft technologies!

    Responsibilities

    • Assist with a wide variety of recruiting activities including: creating/updating job descriptions, posting jobs, sourcing, pre-screening, coordinating interviews, background checks, reference checks, administrative duties and data input.
    • Utilize and become an advanced user with iCims applicant tracking system
    • Provide support with onboarding and offboarding processes
    • Assist with New Employee Orientation
    • Help coordinate completion of performance management process
    • Assist in representing Concurrency at college recruiting events: career fairs, networking events, etc.
    • Help maintain current HC programs
    • Research and help with new program initiatives
    • Assist with employee training & development processes and initiatives
    • Research methodologies, compile data and statistics, and design reports and proposals on HC topics
    • Additional Responsibilities assigned as needed

    • Smart, with a thirst for knowledge and resourceful in leveraging the tools to get it done
    • Character (fits into our culture, has a mentality of excellence, and outstanding soft skills: can present in front of leadership, well spoken, outgoing, etc.)
    • Drive (a passion for what you do and how you get it done)
    • Experience (held some type of internship/real business experience, solid track record of interacting with the world, history of going above and beyond)
    • Self-starter and evidence of high degree of personal accountability
    • High tolerance for ambiguity, low tolerance for status quo, change agent
    • Recognize and maintain confidentiality of information
    • Sound judgment and decision-making ability
