The successful candidate will provide technical consulting services to our clients, contributing to the design and delivery of technical architecture solution components along with supporting the efforts of more experienced consultants. You will also play a quality assurance role by reviewing team work products to ensure that they are accurate, consistent and meet client requirements and serve as a technical resource on a team or a team leader for other technologists.

  • Is a powerful communicator who consults with senior executive levels regarding technical solution designs and business requirements.  Understands all aspects of business operations and IT Management.  Can translate business requirements into demonstrable solutions.  Is a thought leader with proven innovation in cloud and platform as a service solutions.
  • Discusses all aspects of a current or future ServiceNow solutions with all levels of internal and customer resources including project stakeholders, CIOs, CTOs and Chief Executives.  Able to design and architect new solutions working from conceptual and business requirements all the way through live production systems.  Understands the ServiceNow platform at all levels including hardware, software, infrastructure and interface.  Comfortable reverse engineering existing platform deployments including detailed code level knowledge.
  • Is a teacher, mentor, and leader in all aspects of team development and skills growth.  This includes technical and “soft” skills such as business communications and consulting.  Can develop and run project and team meetings. 
  • Has experience designing and coding advanced solutions for B2B and Platform integrations with the ServiceNow platform. 
  • Comfortable implementing ServiceNow platform Security including deployment of encryption and authentication techniques for all ServiceNow infrastructure components.
  • Manage large projects and scope for multiple consultants. This includes managing escalation and risk.
  • Demonstrates and maintains advanced troubleshooting skills.


  • 3 to 5 years working in the ServiceNow platform in an Architecture capacity designing enterprise-wide, multi-tier ServiceNow production environments, including the delegation of groups, modification of Service Portal, workflows, business rules, UI configuration, catalog items, reports, and updates.
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools.
  • Understanding of Web technologies like HTML, XML, JavaScript, and PHP.
  • Understanding of relational database management systems, stored procedures, and queries.
  • Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) frameworks.
  • Understanding of Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Event, and Configuration Management, and correlated functionality in ServiceNow.
  • Ability to wear multiple hats i.e. Business Analyst, Interim Project Manager, Admin/Developer, and tester as required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, client relation skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • ITIL v3 Foundation or higher
  • ServiceNow System Administrator
  • ServiceNow Implementation Specialist
