Due to our continued success, we are excited to add ServiceNow Portal Designer and Developer to our world class team. Successful candidates will be focused and highly motivated individuals with strong troubleshooting skills and a perfectionists approach to develop custom solutions.

     

     

    Individuals will be responsible for establishing and maintaining rigorous engineering standards for the operational efficiency and effectiveness of implemented solutions. Role includes responsibilities within Concurrency’s product development efforts including research and testing to determine best-of-breed new technologies.

    ServiceNow Developer will configure and develop custom solutions on the ServiceNow platform and work with a team to implement and deliver applications in a fast paced agile project environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Customize ServiceNow configurations, including custom scripts
    • Develop user-friendly portals in the Service Portal framework
    • Develop external application integrations using SAML 2.0 and Web services
    • Utilizes available programming methodologies and languages and adhere to coding standards, procedures and techniques while contributing to the technical code documentation
    • Support data migration as needed
    • Perform system and integration testing with sample and live data

    Qualifications

    • ServiceNow Developer or Implementation certifications (Required)
    • Proven experience in delivering ServiceNow for large organizations
    • Experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology
    • Experience with scripting in ServiceNow (Business Rules, UI Pages, UI Macros, etc.)
    • Experience implementing Service Catalog, Service Portal, Integrations with LDAP and other applications external to ServiceNow
    • Familiarity with User Interface design and User Experience concepts
    • Excellent documentation skills (ie. technical writing)
    • Consulting experience is preferred
    • 1-2 Years of experience in ServiceNow
