    Concurrency, Inc. is seeking a motivate and enthusiastic Technology Recruiter to join our growing team. This position will responsible for the full-cycle recruiting of a variety of full-time technology positions. We are searching for someone who wants to build relationship within the Chicago IT talent pool and has the ability to recruit outside of the local market as well. The ideal candidate is someone who learns quickly, loves to take on new challenges and is eager to join an innovative award winning company.  


    • Work in a Fast Paced / High Energy environment in growing market
    • Must be self-directed and take initiative
    • Responsible for identifying and recruiting qualified individuals with specific technical experience
    • Responsible for identifying individuals qualified for a career in consulting
    • Must be able to work remotely and establish solid relationships via phone, email, skype with key decision makers and internal stakeholders
    • Identify, screen, and schedule interviews for qualified candidates to fill open positions within designated region/s
    • Negotiate compensation and continue an ongoing dialogue between candidates and managers
    • Manage and document all communication with candidates within the company ATS, currently iCIMS.
    • Communicate with corporate and regional leadership on a regular basis to promote communication and teamwork regarding candidate pipeline
    • Anticipates objections and provide alternative solutions regarding staffing/employment resolutions to team members, hiring managers, and candidates
    • Maintain accurate documentation of candidate activity and status
    • Develop and maintain a pool of talented professionals
    • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
    • Identify and maintain a list of competitive data
    • Support other departments as needed by attending all events for marketing, sales and recruiting
    • Light administrative and office maintenance duties
    • Assists in HR related matters.


    • Prior IT recruiting experience required.
    • Prior Microsoft stack of technology recruitment is a plus
    • Ability to recruit nationally for fulltime permanent positions
    • Ability to self-manage
    • The ability to listen objectively to the needs of hiring managers and candidates
    • Acts with a sense of urgency in communicating with team members, hiring managers, and candidates Applies logical/creative thinking in providing solutions to hiring managers and candidates
    • Ability to cultivate relationships with candidates and hiring managers to promote teamwork and credibility
    • Demonstrate innovation and creativity in solving problems
    • Exhibit superior, customer service to candidate and hiring managers
    • Basic technical knowledge of Microsoft Office, scheduling thru Outlook, Skype, ATS and all other technology required for working in IT industry with remote teams
