The mission of the Sales Administrator is to provide superior support for Concurrency’s Sales team by being the point of contact between Sales and the various departments in within Concurrency (Solutions teams, scheduling, marketing, finance) which will ultimately help generate profitable sales in a timely, dynamic, professional, and consistent manner.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update sales and customer records.
  • Responsible for reviewing Statement of Work.
  • Create forecast reports.
  • Conduct sales research as directed by Sales team
  • Develop monthly sales reports and pipeline reports
  • Manage maintenance renewals and invoicing
  • Maintain master sales and contract files digitally
  • Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer questions
  • Operate with a Sense of Urgency in terms of timely and consistent follow-up on leads and proposals.
  • Route all incoming phone calls and leads to the appropriate Director of Business Development.
  • Create the lead in Salesforce.com and follow up with the Sales Representative accordingly.
  • Complete paperwork for new deals (Proposals, Maintenance Access Form, Referral form, PIDs, Contract Application)
  • Ensure that Dynamics CRM records (leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities) are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Update and run sales reports (Advanced Opportunities, Closed Won) and cross check work.
  • Run territory reports and prepare current client reports prior to a Sales Rep visit along with supporting the Sales Administration Manager with any sales reports.
  • Research customer service issues, work with various departments to resolve and communicate resolution with Sales Rep or client as necessary.
  • Design, develop, and send broadcast emails to potential and existing customers
  • Manage accurate and current calendar for management
  • Attend sales meetings and events as needed
  • Run the sales portion of the New Employee Orientation
  • Coordinate meetings and conference call as needed
  • Answer the phone and provide general office administrative support when needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Strong communications skills and detail oriented
  • Hands on experience with CRM.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio)
  • Relationship building skills.
  • Must love data and be data driven
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
  • Team player with a high level of dedication to get things done
  • Proactivity and working with a sense of urgency

Other Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge in the technology industry is a plus.
