Overview

We are seeking an Office 365 Collaboration and Enterprise Content Management (ECM) professional to join our team.  This is a position in Concurrency’s Modern Productivity and Collaboration practice and would be a member of a team implementing Collaboration and ECM solutions. This position requires the ability to implement projects from planning and design, implementation and migration, to production rollout and support. The ideal candidate will have experience implementing various size SharePoint solutions like Portals and Collaboration, Search, Document Management, Security and Governance, Forms and Process Automation. The ability to work with organizational leaders, users and other team members to drive the architected solution. Must be able to communicate technical and non-technical information clearly and provide efficient Collaboration and ECM solutions to problems. We are seeking various levels for this position, some experience to seasoned technology professionals welcomed.

Responsibilities

  • Provide consulting services to a client regarding advanced Office 365 and SharePoint configuration and business process automation solutions.
  • Ability to be a solution consultant on small and large projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
  • Verbal and written communication, problem solving, and team-work skills
  • Develop and present solution documentation.
  • Providing technical assistance and guidance to junior team members.
  • Office 365 and SharePoint Administration including installation and configuration of SharePoint and 3rd party solutions
  • Assist Solution Lead in driving marketing and community awareness.  Participate in team events, presentations, blogging and other social media.
  • Participate in social media and events to evangelize your knowledge and the Concurrency brand

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and the ability to work independently with a client
  • Problem solving and business analysis skills
  • Ability to lead customer through discovery, planning and deployment
  • Experience in implementing SharePoint document management or other Enterprise Content Management solutions
  • Office 365 and SharePoint configuration experience
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of SharePoint 2013/2016, Office 365, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business
  • Experience with SharePoint Services like Search, User Profile, Managed Metadata, Excel Services, BCS, etc
  • Strong understanding of ECM and Information Architecture: functionality, site mapping, taxonomy, content classification, best practices, content types, metadata, permissions and security, compliance and auditing.
  • Business process automation (forms/workflow) design and deployment experience
  • Problem solver with good analytical skills
  • Good interpersonal skills, strong work ethic and self-motivated
  • Ability to work independently, but also successfully work on a team
  • Detail-oriented and sound independent judgment
  • Self-initiated, enthusiastic and driven to succeed

Desired Skills:

  • Social Collaboration and Yammer experience is a plus
  • K2, Nintex, SharePoint Designer
  • Governance and Compliance Planning
  • BS in Engineering, Computer Science or related field preferred
  • Expertise in document capture
  • Previous Consulting Experience Preferred (1 – 2 years)
  • Relevant MCTS certifications and/or MCITP certification
  • Hybrid and Azure IaaS SharePoint deployment
  • Infrastructure (hardware, software, data, networking)
  • Experience installing and configuring Windows Server 2012 and SQL Server 2012, or higher and Internet Information Services (IIS)
  • SQL Server database design and implementation experience
  • Experience with service-oriented architectures, transaction processing, XML, SOAP, REST, API
  • Some web development or scripting experience such as HTML5, CSS, JavaScript and PowerShell.
