Our client is a Microsoft Preferred Partner and their growth provides us the opportunity to add a MS Dynamics CRM Senior Systems Engineer to their growing CRM Practice to service new and existing accounts. Successful candidates will be focused and highly motivated individuals with strong communication, application development team leading/coaching and requirement gathering

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a technical advisor in Microsoft Dynamics CRM for our growing CRM practice
  • Articulate the infrastructure of Microsoft Dynamics CRM to clients with various levels of technical understanding
  • Discuss CRM integration with other Microsoft technologies such as SharePoint, Office and SQL Server
  • Develop high level project work plans including scope of work
  • Perform industry research to support client engagements and product development initiatives
  • Interview and interact with clients to develop situational observations and interpretations
  • Perform critical analysis of client business situations to develop recommendations and conclusions
  • Conceptualize and design a best-practice solution that leverages product and industry knowledge as directed by client requirements
  • Participate in Pre-Sales Support with potential clients





 

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems preferred or the equivalent in experience
  • Experience with CRM application development customization
  • Experience in .NET, C#, ASP.NET development
  • Previous Consulting Experience Preferred (2 – 6 years)
  • Ability to design and develop custom CRM plug-ins and custom CRM workflows
  • Ability to customize entity forms and the CRM web appliction
  • Implement and deploy Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 / 2013
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively in consulting environment.
  • Ability to document and conveying business rules, processes, and needs to developers
  • Experience managing multiple projects and meeting project objectives in a timely manner
  • Ability to understand client business needs to build strategic partnerships to document and implement software solutions
  • Excellent problem solving skills: both at the frontline and incident to problem management
  • Self-directed and self-motivated

 

Desired Skills

  • Relevant Microsoft and/or Dynamics CRM certifications
  • CRM 2011 experience/expertise
  • Other CRM: Salesforce.com, Siebel, Sugar
  • BA/PMP training/certification a plus (IIBA, PMP, etc.)
  • Data management tools such as Scribe, QlikView, etc. a plus
  • Business Intelligence: SSRS/SSIS/SQL Server
