Overview

Concurrency, Inc. is seeking a development Identity Architect which requires both broad and deep technology knowledge and the ability to architect web and identity related applications by mapping customer business requirements to end-to-end technology solutions. Demonstrated ability to engage in senior level technology decision maker discussions related to agility, business value, and .NET is also a must.  Identity Architects are key enablers for other consultants and partner staff. These highly focused and motivated individuals oversee delivery of the largest, most complex, and most strategic identity projects for enterprise customers. An Identity Architect can expect to transform a customer’s authentication and authorization strategy within the entire enterprise portfolio of applications. This involves refactoring and consolidating corporate, social, and internal identities, the corresponding development frameworks, and enabling access via multiple device channels.

Responsibilities

  • Lead requirements and design sessions with client and internal teams
  • Author functional requirements and technical design documentation
  • Lead pre-sales client sessions and develop estimates and proposals
  • Lead strategic planning and roadmap development with clients
  • Work with BA and PM teams to plan project sprints, scope and resource allocation
  • Manage at project milestones to ensure successful solution delivery and client satisfaction
  • Continuous learning and research on .NET, security protocols, modern web standards, and relevant technologies
  • Work with solution team to help set standard architectures, processes, and best  practices
  • Develop deep working relationships with key partners and vendors
  • Promote service offerings through blogs posts, industry groups, and speaking events

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related fields, or the equivalent in software development work experience
  • 3 or more years with SAML, WS-FED, and OAUTH protocols
  • Successful leadership and execution of Single Sign-on and claims based identity initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of ADFS or Azure Active Directory
  • 8 or more years of experience in Microsoft .NET-based enterprise systems design, development, testing, deployment, and operational support, including 4 or more years of ASP.NET
  • Experience with advanced integration scenarios in web solutions
  • Experience with enterprise architecture, server topologies, and distributed systems
  • Experience with layered (n-tier) and service oriented (SOA) application architectures
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated technical documentation skills
  • Prior consulting experience

  • SAML and WS-FED
  • OAUTH 2 and OpenId Connect
  • C# .NET 4.0 and 4.5.1
  • Windows Identity Foundation 3.5 and OWIN/Katana
  • ADAL
  • ASP.NET web development practices
  • ADFS or Azure Active Directory (or 3rd party Identity Providers)
  • Relevant MS certifications
  • Prior experience with mobile development a plus
  • Auth0 experience a plus
