Due to continued growth, we are adding a Senior Microsoft Systems Engineer to manage our internal network & Azure infrastructure. The successful candidate will be a focused and highly motivated individual with strong troubleshooting skills and a perfectionist’s approach to systems engineering.

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities

    • Systems support of employee laptops, virtual machines and devices.
    • Operational support (troubleshooting employee network and VPN connectivity issues).
    • Management of user network identities (security, access control, provisioning, licensing, etc.).
    • Documentation of systems inventory, passwords, configurations, etc.
    • Support/troubleshooting of employee day to day issues (Office suite, locally installed software, CRM, SharePoint, Exchange, Lync, OneDrive, etc.).

    Qualifications

     

    • Passion and willingness to learn and use new technologies
    • 5+ years of experience performing Windows and/or LAN administration
    • Strong understanding and experience with:
      • Azure Iaas & Portal
      • Office 365
      • Windows Server 2012 R2&2016
      • Windows 10
      • Hyper-V
      • Active Directory ADFS
      • Exchange
      • PowerShell
    • Experience with shared storage concepts for Windows including:
      • NAS
      • SAN
      • Storage spaces
      • SMB3
    • Experience working with wired/wireless networking including VLans, TCP/IP, trunking etc.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Extremely strong troubleshooting skills
