    Concurrency Organizational Change Management Consultants apply executive level knowledge and experience related to the skills, structures, tools and support mechanisms needed to manage change and to foster an environment conducive to sustaining that change. These tools will be used to develop client strategies that will effectively leverage people, processes and technology to help organizations embrace, facilitate and execute digital transformation within their organizations


    • Partners with senior executives at Concurrency’s clients to create overall project plans to achieve objectives.
    • Interacts with executive level leadership to align or build business strategies that will foster business roadmaps geared to deliver digital transformation solutions.
    • Facilitates directed design workshops with clients to solidify process and create functional requirements for the solution.
    • Actively and methodically aligns various cross-functional stakeholders around objectives and measures of success.
    • Constructs repeatable tools and assets to scale Concurrency’s Management Consulting service offerings.
    • Teams with Sales and Senior Leadership to establish, evolve, and execute activities within strategic accounts fostering a “Customer for Life” philosophy.
    • Works independently to take the lead and determine methods and procedures on new assignments without guidance. 
    • Manages small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Concurrency.
    • Works closely with Senior Management and Sales to define and drive presales activities related to the Management Consulting business.
    • Designs and implements business changes that drive industry-specific, functional and digital transformations.
    • Works closely with client project teams to pro-actively identify and resolve issues that may adversely impact project.
    • Serves as a mentor/coach/leader to other team members inside and outside the Management Consulting practice.


    • Strategy professional with an MBA from a top tier business school preferred
    • Prior experience with Fortune 500 internal strategy group, strategy management consulting, or similar professional services, multi-functional environment
    • 3-5 years of organizational change management experience with objective results
    • 3-5 years of traditional management consulting experience with a track record of project success
    • Highly effective problem solving and analytical skills (gathering, synthesizing, and analyzing complex qualitative data; experience building business processes and utilizing relationship management tools)
    • Agile/Scrum/SAFe experience a plus
    • Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean, or other process driven certification a plus
    • Experienced in working on consulting teams consisting of members with varied skill levels
    • Outstanding client facing skills
    • Demonstrated negotiation capabilities and/or supply chain management and/or business alliances
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Ability to proactively manage multiple commitments and tasks simultaneously
    • History of building effective relationships with clients and colleagues
    • Operating model transformation, focusing on tasks relating to people and process
    • Experience leading/managing multiple resources and their respective work streams
    • Strong core consulting skills, including: meeting and workshop development and management, deck writing, storyboarding, inductive/ deductive reasoning, client interviewing, issue analysis, data analysis, process design, and organizational change management
    • Strong design thinking skills including: application of conceptual modeling and visualization to problem and solution definition; knowledge of quantitative and qualitative methods for developing compelling customer insights; and iterative concept testing
